[Lowfer] " XR " in PSKAM10 for awhile tonite

Haven't put this mode on the air yet for reception, so I'll run it
for awhile tonite... I'll try to keep the frequency on 185.700 as
close as I can... I'm using MultiPSK, I'm not sure what other
software packages have PSKAM10 mode...
