Good Evening Gentlemen: 

Those of you who are trying to decode my WSPR signal; as an experiment
to see what happens on the Activity list; please UN-CHECK the 
" Upload Spots " box in the WSPR program.. Hopefully you guys can decode
my signal, but I'll be invisible to the International WSPR community.
If you do get a decode, you can just post it on the lowFER reflector
the same as we would any other type of reception report..Keep lowFERing
among the lowFERs. No need to agitate anyone else.... 73 to all:
