[Lowfer] PBO back on the air

 That’s a nice shot! I have been in listening mode for a few days and just
fired up the beacon last night. We had blizzard conditions here so I wasn’t
expecting much. My loop was blowing around in 40+ mph winds and kicking the
current all over.
