[Lowfer] Signal on 137 kHz

It seems to have dropped offline:  I was watching it (well, checking 
occasionally) march faintly across the screen until it vanished at about 
0445-ish.

In checking other grabbers (Scott's, etc.) it disappeared after 
completing an ID.

Maybe it broke its "S" finishing its call that last time...
