[Lowfer] power line interference

 OK

I live next to a hospital and for several years have nasty interference
which spreads out over 4 Mhz
and looks like spiders on the pan adaptors
so how do I confront this. I am sure they have no idea where this comes
from and would say it
could be from the neighborhood   H A  !
the racket in intermittent and hard to pinpoint so contacting the
ARRL/FCC wouldnt work unless i can
pinpoint the problem  ???????
