[Lowfer] WSPR Beacon " XR4TN " returns to the air

Hi Bill:  Set your receiver dial to 184.200 KHz, in Upper Side Band.
If you see my signal at all; it will be very close to the middle of 
the window.. Right now, I'm reading 185.707 KHz as received..
