[Lowfer] WMS in NE IL

Monitoring the watering hole over night showed signals from WMS on 
185.3017 kHz in and out of the noise, 0630-0915Z. Only a single weak "W" 
from the lower frequency WM beacon was noted above SIW around 0645Z. 
Conditions to the NE waned but to the NW were fair. DGPS #848, Spokane, 
WA, 316 kHz decoded until sunrise but $12X, Kodiak, AK Navtex on 518 kHz 
was seen on the waterfall but too weak to decode.
