[Lowfer] VLF active antenna

Curiosity, mostly. Second would be having a decent receive setup in
case anyone in the USA decides to experiment in the <9 kHz "dreamer's
band".

Receiver would be either (1) Icom R75 with Todd Roberts LF converter
(which is good down to about 5 kHz before the converter LO starts to
"bleed through" or (2) SDR-IQ receiver, which is supposed to receive
down to 500 Hz.
