[Lowfer] VLF activity around 17.7 kHz

Todd, yes, along with a lot of FSK stations the Alpha transmitters are 
coming through well too. According to 
http://www.vlf.it/alphatrond/alpha.htm there are actually 5 frequencies 
in use but I've never heard anything on 12.090773 or 12.044270 kHz, 
including tonight.

Higher up the band NRK, 37.5 kHz; NAU, 40.75 kHz; FUE, 62.6 kHz; FUE-2, 
65.8 kHz; and CFH, 73.6 kHz are doing well here at the moment.
