[Lowfer] XSH/31 heard in NE Oregon - his 600 Meter QTH

Thanks. Very confusing! One says Vermont, then QSL info for Virginia! Guess 
he's currently living in Virginia, with no update to the FCC ham license 
info.

Hearing VA isn't quite so interesting as hearing VT.  :)
