[Lowfer] SIW with traces of WMs

Thanks for the report Dex. I was happy to get a decode of Andy's WSPR
signal on 185.7 kHz last night - bare minimum -28 dB SNR but it counts.
Tuned later to the watering hole but didn't see anything of the
WMs, only traces of WMS and local SIW. Don't know why I have such
trouble copying the WMs. SJ generally comes in fine from CT with only
QRSS20, a 1288 km path. TAG in ME has been decoding too, a 1470 km path.
The WM paths are similar in length and in the same general direction.

Radio noise was down last night because I identified a wall wart power
supply that was making noise at the watering hole. It was powering a 2.4
GHz video link for my IP server and has been replaced by another wall
wart that's quiet. I still normally have a 60-Hz harmonic comb at VLF
that does not respond to common-mode filtering. Interestingly, the
Russian alpha stations still display fine on narrowband waterfalls.
