Where is the best source to find the toroid used in this preamp ?

Amidon has a $15 minimum and Kitsandparts.com , doesn't list it .

Amidon used to have a ham purchase program , but I no longer see it . I 
don't really mind the minimum , if I could order some more toroids to use 
below
2 MHz. , if someone can make a suggestion as to what would be useful to have 
on hand .
