[Lowfer] MBD testing QRS30 mode Now

Ran Argo with the SDR-IQ all night. This is probably just wishful thinking
with a touch of a vivid imagination. My Argo calibration runs aboout 0.5 Hz
high. I'll try again tonight if it will still be on.

Beacon MBD is on now, at 187.517 khz, QRSS30 mode. 0400 - 0700 UTC ( 9pm MST
to 12 am MST )
