I'm in Westminster, CO.  

Frequency 187.5 khz.

I'm part of a small local group experimenting on the lowfer band.  Our intent is not to beacon, but to actually have local QSOs within Part 15 limitations.  I only beacon when I'm running antenna tests,  or if someone else is running antenna tests and wants to try and receive the signal.  I'd be happy to turn on a beacon signal at any time if anybody wants to give it a try.

Thanks for the report, by the way!  Didn't know anybody local was listening ....

  Thought I would post this message about a beacon signing "MBD" that has been heard in Lakewood, CO on ~187.5.  Anyone want to claim it?

OK this beacon is coming in again in the Denver area at 3:56 UTC 2010-12-05 or about 9:00 pm local time here on 12/4

It's relatively strong and clear.  Tony says he recorded the frequency at about 187.52
