I've watched for TAG several nights over the past few months with no 
results.  Whatever the problem it's likely the reason for no success on 
TAG.  I initially couldn't copy you signal tonight even though I could 
see it on the waterfall.  The decode freq tolerance was on .5 Hz which 
with this setup and your signal always worked.  I changed it to 10 Hz 
and got instant decode.  I guess I'll check the sound card calibration 
first then the SPM-19.
