[Lowfer] SIW Frequency

Hi all, haven't done any Lowfer listening since my active antenna blew 
down and was damaged in a big storm last winter. Ok, it's fixed now and 
on a pole a whole 12 feet into the air.

Been watching Argo the last couple of nights and the only thing I've 
copied is a good signal out of SIW. No sign of CV or MP or any of the 
other regulars I use to get a good print on.

So is SIW still on 299.3...that's what I have Argo calibrate to.
