[Lowfer] signals overnight 137

Conditions not as good overnight here as they were August 30. XGJ of 
course was strong on 137.7798 kHz QRSS60 until shutdown around 0900Z 
(estimated from a 1045Z screen capture). Beginning around 0920Z saw an 
"L" followed by "TI" on 137.7782 kHz. Around local sunrise another "TI" 
was apparent. That's the best here from VE7TIL. Nothing for sure was 
seen around 137.7761 kHz from VE7BDQ.
