[Lowfer] VE7TIL TX Loop tests continue.

Traces of TIL noted here (FN15nt) on 137.778 Khz starting around
0700z (after WD2XGJ shut down and my AGC recovered!) Good copy of
full ident seen just before dawn and last complete ID received at
1015z after it was already light here. I make the distance 3479
Km. At around the time TIL was peaking a second signal was visible
just below him at 137.7761 Khz. I couldn't make out the callsign but
judging by the time he was in there I'd guess it was another west
coast station. Anyone transmitting on or about 137.776 at 1000z?
