[Lowfer] propagation returns

Paul,

Thanks for the heads up on WEB. I copied several Caribbean NDBs last 
evening (DDP, ZIY, ZLS, CBC, SPP) so knew conditions weren't bad. Around 
0730Z began looking for WEB with ARGO/QRSS30 tuned to 189.95 kHz and by 
0800Z saw hints. Clear decodes began around 0815Z and best signals were 
present around 0930Z. It was still in there at 1000Z when I moved to the 
watering hole. Found MP strong on 185.3011 kHz (no surprise there) and 
traces of WMS on 185.3015 kHz until 1030Z. Just a bit more SNR and WMS 
will decode here. As I write this (1223Z) WMS is beginning to appear on 
the W5JGV grabber.
