Hi Andy,
I first tuned in your CMSK-31 signal  somewhere around 0300Z and copy was 
very
good for about 10-15 minutes. Then I  lost copy when you must have
turned it off.

I find using a narrow  filter, hard limiting and engaging the noise blanker
in the R75 helped  maintain better copy through the static, the same
techniques I use for QRSS  reception.
