    Good question - guess I stopped in the middle. Answer is a comb 
spectrum of lines spaced 10 Hz apart and obviously due to some sort of 
pulsed siggnal, probably OTH radar but maybe something else.  There are 
secondary lines 7 Hz above [or three Hz below] the stronger ones.  Not 
very strong now [7:06 PDT] and clearly sky wave because of the fading.  
Completely dominate listening.
