Jay,

First decoded your signal a bit before sunset, with difficulty. The 
lightning map looks bad but the noise floor at 0100Z wasn't really too 
bad. Next frame groups yielded much faster decodes, even though by 0230Z 
the noise floor was substantially higher. Not much for throughput but 
Wolf certainly shines in terms of how little SNR is required for decode. 
I normally sample at 11025 Hz but having just done a CMSK calibration 
I'm using 8000 Hz tonight. Basement temperature changes are moving the 
SDR-IQ LO around but apparently the drift is slow enough so decoding 
isn't hurt much.
