[Lowfer] New CMSK Program ... WE2XGR/2 in CMSK mode

Got home a bit late and took a look.could hear the signal but static
levels were very bad..copied
a few letters of mesage but not enough to really get good copy..I usd
CMSK31 ..Really bad condx
