[Lowfer] Lowfer Final Transistors-Switching Time

Lee I put a ten turn 1k pot in the ground lead to the Epson chip. I can
move the freq about 3 hz on 185khz(1853 fundamental). The epson chip is
slightly voltage sensitive. Tip came from Mike we0h. I think a
voltage/freq shift for the epson osc is some where on Lyle's site.
