[Lowfer] Lowfer Final Transistors-Switching Time

  I have a little different take on it.  It ain't easy to take the 
laptop into the B-room.  I do my best thinking there.  Maybe that's my 
problem.
I'm not a Lowdown subscriber and I know I've missed a lot.
