[Lowfer] Can a DDS replace the crystal in an oscillator ??

I have a FCC-1/FCC-2 MK-II DDS VFO which is as stable as my 3mc oven
oscillator. It doesn't drift at all. I suspect you are looking at one of
Doug's DDS kits. I'd say do it. Worst case you end up with a awesome DDS
signal source for the bench.
What is the reference oscillator freq in your 10m rig? Silicon Labs has
some very stable programmable oscillators. Might be able to replace the
existing xtal oscillator in that rig with a SI5xx series oscillator IC.
