Andy,
I let JASON run all night but didn't copy anything (other then garbage
characters). Like the night before however, there was severe static. I'm
hoping that by this coming Autumn, I will have a transverter built so I can
try transmitting myself with my Flex 5000. I have been noticing Cesium
Frequency standards on E-Bay going for anywhere from $75.00 to $200.00. The
Flex has an input for a 10 MHz reference. It also has a Transverter
input/output.
Don't give up !

Gonna give it up for now. From what I can deduce,I think JASON is
very dependent on extreme frequency stability in the slow mode,
and If that's the case, I don't have that with the current setup.
The 23 year old mobile radio likes to hop around some.
I never could even get a decode on myself, so I know no one else could.
Sorry for the waste of your time guys.
Shuttin it all down and goin tuh bed now. 73 to all :::
