[Lowfer] " XR " transmitting in JASON mode tonite

Andy I have monitored several of the WSPR xmissions and took alook at
the Jason tonite and I have not seen any sign of
any signal thus far on both modes..May be the band condx but no copy
yet on either..will monitor a bit more tonite on Jason
