[Lowfer] " XR " transmitting in JASON mode tonite

WSPR isn't going to make it to anybody, so I'm going to experiment
some with JASON. I'm sending " XR " only in slow mode. If you have
JASON software, and want to try looking; here's the setup.
JASON Options menu; choose center frequencies, and set the receive
frequency at 1500.00000 Hz... Then is the Speed menu, choose " slow "
Leave your dial at 184.000 - USB, set JASON in receive and see if
anything shows up.
