Yes, that is correct Dick; WSPR transmits a 1500 cycle tone which would
put the signal at 185.500 KHz so you are set right. Thanks for looking,
but don't waste your time if you have something else you want to look
for. It has already pretty much been determined that WSPR is not going
to be very effective on LF. John A. - W1TAG says it's comporable to
QRSS-3 mode which is only a little better than CW. There has been so
much hype about WSPR, and what it could do on LF, so I am trying it
under Part-15 specs to see how well it will perform. Not a good time
of the year though. But I am starting to beleive that John is right.
WSPR probably won't cut it down here in the basement bands.
