[Lowfer] Audio limiting using diodes, and capacitor

I need to get a new TX loop in the trees for that band so I am ready 
when you guys get on WSPR mode. Would you think that WSPR could be 
considered a suppressed carrier single sideband mode since it uses USB 
mode to transmit with audio tones? Sounds right to me as those tones are 
voice frequency, the rig is in SSB mode.
