For reasoms yet to be determined, WEB @ 189.950 will be sending an out " K, K, K, K, etc
WEB tower has been rebuilt and is back up. The transmitter was water damaged & has been rebuilt. The keyer, after drying it out, seemed to be working ok.  After getting everything back togather and tuned in, I set the keyer at QRSS-30. Everything seemed to be in order !!
 
THE SURPRISE CAME WHEN LAST NIGHT I TURNED ON THE COMPUTER TO CHECK OUT THE SIGNAL.  Insted of the expected WEB code, the signal was K, K, K, K, etc.  There must have been some damage to the keyer circuit that  I did not notice.  
 
For the next month, I am going to be leaving the K< K <K signal on the air until I can get some help.
