[Lowfer] /16 on the air 503.00kc CW mode

Have been listening about an hour, since about 0515 utc. Can hear it in 
there and get maybe 50% eventual copy through the static. If there were no 
static then it could be easily copied. Has slight fadeups every so often but 
not a lot, and it's equal or lower than the static.
