[Lowfer] 137 kHz activity

Missed an early QRSS60 transmission by XGJ on 137.7798 kHz (according to 
the F1AFJ grabber), but XES was on 137.779 kHz again with DFCW. Copied 
that signal well between about 0000Z and 0500Z. XGJ returned in that 
period and was generally even stronger, still going through 0600Z.

On the lowfer beacon front, WEB, MP, and EAR continue to be good copy.
