Thanks John !!

Sure do appreciate the report and the screen shot. I  have noticed that my 
final input current starts to rise now. It starts off at 44ma at the 
beginning  of the character and keeps increasing  up tp about 50ma at the 
end of the character.I dont know why; the power supply voltage stays the 
same and I even have a 5 volt regulator I.C. on the 74HC4060 oscillator.
 Guess something is heating up or maybe its and antenna issue.
