[Lowfer] PBO in CT

Camped out on PBO's frequency most of the day yesterday. Best reception was around dusk with the 
following typical of a number of captures.

There were some frequency swings up as high as 187201 during mid morning to after mid day. Signal 
levels seemed to be better back in March...but temps were cooler and static was less. Will be happy 
to keep an eye on PBO over the winter.
