If anyone has an earlier publication, I can scan it & I will put it on the
server.

If you have any more info you want to share I can do that too.

The web site is no longer active for choir work.  I didn't take it down
because I am getting very heavy traffic from China at the moment.  I thought
it might provide some of our far east friends some value.

I have 15GB to use for web & file storage.

Both the DOC and PDF versions download and open fine. (For DOC I'm using MS
Office Word 2003)
