[Lowfer] LITZ wire question

Right here, Peter. Funny how whenever there is an interesting technical question that I see in a hurried scan of my Inbox, my name often shows up inside :) Then there was a "Calling Bill" last night that I couldn't miss :) Actually I made a couple of comments on the 600MRG reflector last night but, afterwards, they didn't show up on my computer. Must be because I'm not a member.

 

Anyway, that WAS my discovery that the individual Litz wires tend to break when the cable is subjected to much stress (as in a tree-hung TX loop)........ And the Q goes down as the strands break like a returning arrow that is shot straight up from a 55lb compound bow :)
