[Lowfer] Makeshift lowFER receiving antenna

Andy:
What do you know about the Active Antenna from QST Sept, 2001? I'm thinking
of building one. It's the AMRAD Active LF Antenna. Also, yes, I have a
zillion inductors and variable caps.
