I was thinking that exact same frequency. And I don't think
our interference rules would apply to foreign broadcasters,
but if you plan to transmit when Europe-1 is off air, it
wouldn't be an issue anyway. If my thinking is correct,
those who don't have narrow filters could use LSB, and tune
high, and with IF shift; may not be bothered by de-sense 
at all. If you plan to transmit while they're on, maybe
187 KHz to get passed their sideband audio, and still be
3 KHz below the band edge. Even running WOLF you wouldn't 
put audio of any kind outside the band would you ??
