[Lowfer] Slow to rise antenna current

Hi all:

I've been meaning to ask this question for quite some time,
and now finally getting around to it. When my beacon xmtr
keys, the ant. current jumps to 155 mA and in about 30 sec.
it will climb up to 180 mA ( full output ). I have not been
sucessful in getting it to go to full power at keydown, it
continues to do the slow climb thing.
Has anyone experienced, and cured this problem before ??
