[Lowfer] DIR off the air

DIR is off the air for a bit. Something failed in the final overnight so I'll 
have to dig into that. I did get my "divide-by-n" circuit put together on a 
solder board yesterday afternoon. Still need to mount it in an enclosure and 
add switches and connector. One that's done I'll be able to program it 
(through four switches) to divide by anything between 2 and 16. Right now the 
plan is to use divide-by-10 and my DSS to get me to the watering hole.

So I'm planning on focusing on getting the whole thing on the air at the 
watering hole over the next week or two.
