Kurt:

In my knowledge of the Part-15 rules, there is no stipulation
as to the type of signal you emit, as long as it is within the
power limits, and 2nd Harmonic limits. A solid carrier, is as
valid as a series of dits, or square waves. Any mode is allowed
as long as it causes no interference.
