[Lowfer] 3D visualization

Someone asked if there was BASIC code to display a signal in 3D. I once
wrote such a program and discussed it here.

If anone would like to see what the output from such a program might

These pictures show the exact same Argo capture in 2D (as we usually see
it in Argo) and in 3D. These screen shots are from my post-processing
program called "fleece". I think only Alberto ever got the implied joke
in the name.

In the 3D picture the axis are:
Time (left to right)
Frequency (back to front)
Amplitude of the signal (Z axis, up and down)

in this example we see significant variation in amplitude which is not
evident in the standard Argo display. I notated common features on both
shots for comparison.
