Kurt:
I wrote such a program, in VB, about 5 years ago. It was back when I was
in an LF/Programming frenzy. It used Argo as the front end and displayed
the data as a rotatable 3D image. For most beacons the result looked
like a 3D map of the bottom of the ocean with big spikey mountains
rising up to represent the beacon signals. It was most fun when I
collected two or more signals in one capture.
Anyway, it seemed like I was the only one who like the data displayed
that way so development came to a halt and I went on to develop other
programs that fell just as flat. 8-)
I am pretty sure that the code is no longer on my code drive but if you
are interested I can send you comments on how I implemented it. If there
is enough interest I could even whip up another program (it is not
difficult and I find myself with plenty of time).
