[Lowfer] " XR " on; I hope !!

I found my keying problem. When Charlie said his was keying
just as it should, I went back and took a look at the circuit
from a few feet away, and then on the diagram I saw the problem.
In my previous setup, I had VDD tied to OE, to allow use of a
straight key. When I disconnected VDD from the OE pin and then
connected the Key line to the OE pin, it's now working fine.
All the hash on the signal is gone, frequency is almost at the
ordered mark. it's now on 185,298.92 KHz and appears to be holding
pretty stable. Thanks for the input everyone.
