[Lowfer] " XR " got thirsty

Ordered a couple of Epson oscillators from Digi-Key on Tues. and
got them today. One didn't work so returning it for another one.
The current oscillator is running at 185,298.48 KHz and fluctuates
a couple of 10-th's up to 298.50 --- I have it inside a styrofoam
oven trying to stabilize the frequency. I ordered 185.299 so it's
very close to order, but I was hoping for on the high side because
of Charlie " CV " on 298.25. But I believe I'm high enough above 
him that in a QRSS-60 window both signals will be easily seen.
