Still checking on this.  The signal appeared to be much stronger during
the morning hours after sunrise when the band QRN went down, and it
remained loud and clear on ARGO until about 11:25 AM CST when it
abruptly went QRT.  Since it was stronger on ARGO after sunrise, this
leads me to think that it is most likely a signal being received via
ground wave rather than skywave.
