[Lowfer] " XR " temporarily changing mode

Until 0600 UTC, " XR " will be in continous carrier ( Tune ) mode.
on my frequency in the watering hole. I suppose it's not hard for
folks to figure out why. 
If even a " could be " line shows up on the AK grabber on my frequency, I'll pass out !
