[Lowfer] Good daytime conditions!

Mitch, that extra 10' must be helping but MP is always in here during 
the daytime and today is no exception. Getting out to Jay's good setup 
in CT is quite an accomplishment.

Found Lawrence's comments on propagation interesting. Hope conditions 
improve for his grabbers, which are very useful and appreciated. Despite 
the weak showing by WE2XGR/2 he reported, conditions between IL and AK 
were good over night. Copied NDBs HBT, ADK (530 kHz), and AES and 
probably would have decoded the Kodiak Navtex station on 518 kHz but 
fired up the software too late - only got Rofino, BC instead. NDB DX 
seems to be coming in earlier and better than last winter so that may 
signal good possibilities for lowfers, and 137/500 kHz stations.
